WildeLifePhotography > 2020710 155/365 Feb 7/10 While the men were working on the truck I had a chance to walk through the dimly lit shop and try to figure out what my new flash could do. This helmet belongs to one of the lady welders in the shop and I thought the pink contrasting the welding equipment was kind of cool. I've taken this trip through the shop before but not without a tripod. The flash has brought a new freedom from the tripod. In answer to someones question of yesterday of why the lensbaby. I really haven't used it much since I got it for Christmas and just decided to use it, no special reason.

WildeLifePhotography > 2020410 152/365 Feb 4/10 One year ago today, I took my first picture with a SLR/DSLR. I bought my camera second hand from a friend, so it's kind of a birthday for the camera. And what do you do for a birthday, well buy it a present and a cake. I figured a flash was an appropriate Birthday present for a camera. On a special note: I can't believe the store actually charged money for the cupcake and it was not very good.

WildeLifePhotography > 2013110 148/365 Jan 31/10 This will be the last of the bouquet. The bouquet seems to have outlasted my creativity, without posting macros everyday. This is the same flower as yesterday and my original thought was to give it a little spritz of water and set it outside to freeze. With our usual weekend weather, it began to snow. This photo is an uncropped macro with a little adjustment to contrast and sharpening in Elements 7. Thanks to everyone for all the comments on the bouquet and in conclusion $15.99 can buy you alot of fun.
